Our customer service area is conveniently located inside the Mall Management office. Inlet Square offers several customer conveniences to make your shopping experience a pleasant one. Our warm staff is eager and willing to help with any and all of your shopping needs.

Our well-trained Security team is on-site 24/7 to ensure your safety and peace of mind while shopping. Our officers are always on hand to assist with any of your needs or concerns. Security can be reached at all times by calling (843) 655-4108.

Wheelchairs are available for in-center rental by simply coming to the Mall Office and signing them out. We ask that you bring your Driver’s License so we can take down your information to ensure they’re returned at the end of your visit.

Stroller Rentals are available at the Books-A-Million entrance.

ATM: Two ATMs are located in the mall. One is located near Kmart and Ladies Choice Fitness while the other is in Frank Entertainment.

Fax & Copier capabilities: For your convenience, the Mall Office offers incoming faxes at $2 per page and outgoing faxes for $2 for the first page and $1 for every page thereafter. Photocopies are available for as low as 25¢.
